We like to answer the why before the what, knowing that well-placed questions are the foundation for any project. Deliverables and processes will change a bit project to project, but this is a pretty standard run-through of our project processes.
You’re the expert in your business and we want to hear all about it. Whether it’s a quick kick-off meeting or a multi-meeting project with stakeholders we want to know about your business, your goals, and what would make a successful project.
We start each project with a detailed questionnaire where we will ask you to dig deep and give us the fundamentals needed to create the most successful project possible.
Based on the information you give us, we’ll research your competitors, your customers, and any other information you provide to help determine how you can differentiate your brand and produce the highest quality project.
Depending on the scope of your project we’ll use the information you’ve given us to create a content strategy or mood board. This gives us a solid foundation and gives clients the opportunity to participate creatively in the initial stage of the project.
With a comprehensive creative brief as our compass, we develop our initial design concept. With a design summary, this is valuable for the end result, but also for kindling the feedback it takes to get there
